Hawaii Kai Lions Club Hosts Pancake Breakfast

Thousands are expected to turn out Sunday for the Hawaii Kai Lions Club's annual Father's Day Pancake Breakfast. The club serves up more than 3,500 pancake breakfasts from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Kaiser High School Cafeteria. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the door. There will be entertainment at 7:30 a.m. The event raises money for several commmunity projects in East Oahu, including vision testing for preschool children in the area, painting and repairing East Oahu schools, funding the Hawaii Kai Holiday Parade, Junior Police Officer program, the Hawaii Kai Library and Kaiser High School's Project Graduation.
