Honolulu Federal Grand Jury Returns Fraud Indictment

A Honolulu federal grand jury has indicted a man who defrauded more than four people in Hawaii out of $167,000.  The indictment alleges Curtis Wayne Ross offered false investment opportunities in international diamond and gold transactions, as well as renewable energy industries.  Ross purported to be a missionaire and a United Nations ambassador.  He is ordered to appear in Honolulu to answer to wire fraud charges. The FBI says he moved away from Hawaii and is believed to be living in Atlanta, Georgia.
