HPU Tells Tenants to Vacate Aloha Tower Marketplace

 

Hawaii Pacific University has notified tenants in the Aloha Tower Marketplace that they must vacate by March 17. HPU, the new owner of the marketplace, plans to convert much of the center into a complex with university facilities, including classrooms, a library and offices. The second floor will be used for dorms for 300 students. Four tenants with long-term leases are staying. They include, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Hooters, the Star of Honolulu tour boat and the CAB.
