Thousands Run Wet Course in Great Aloha Run

An estimated 25,000 people began their President's Day holiday running! They were participating in the Kaiser Permanente Great Aloha Run. It began at 7 a.m. near Aloha Tower and runners, walkers and moms with strollers made their way along Nimitz Highway to Kamehameha Highway, under the airport viaduct, finishing at Aloha Stadium.  The 8.1-mile race raises money for the Carole Kai Charities.
