Trial Date Set for Marine in Prostitute's Murder

A trial date has been set for a Marine accused of killing a prostitute who was visiting Hawaii last May. The U.S. Marine Corps announced Master Sergeant Nathaniel Cosby's trial is scheduled for the week of April 21st. He's charged with murder in the death of Ivanice "Ivy" Harris. Harris, a Las Vegas resident, was in Honolulu celebrating her 29th birthday. Honolulu police say Cosby was seen on surveillance footage meeting Harris outside a Waikiki bar and the two were seen kissing in the elevator of a hotel.  Cosby was later seen pulling a large bag and loading it into the back of a sport utility vehicle.  Harris' body was found in the brush on the side of the road near Yokohama Bay.
