Waipahu Man Pleads 'Not Guilty' to Stabbing

A Waipahu man entered a plea of not guilty Thursday in Circuit Court in the stabbing death of a 42-year-old man last month. An Oahu grand jury indicted 72-year-old Jose Inigo with murder in connection with the January 12 stabbing death of Marlo Basuel at a Waipahu home. The judge set trial for the week of April 21 and reaffirmed bail for Inigo at $300,000.
