Weather forecasters are closely watching Hurricane Iselle, which is a category four hurricane moving toward Hawaii. At 11 a.m. Monday, the storm was located about 1,190 miles east of Hilo, moving west at 10 mph. Forecasters believe it will weaken to a tropical storm when it approaches the Big Island Thursday night. Meanwhile, another tropical storm is brewing.
